Informatics
The Informatics Study Program at Universitas Pembangunan Jaya (UPJ) is here to produce graduates who are competent, innovative, and ready to face challenges in the ever-evolving digital era. With a practice-based curriculum and strengthened theoretical concepts, we prepare students to become informatics experts who are able to design, develop, and manage information systems and the latest technology.
We offer advantages such as an industry-based curriculum, qualified and experienced lecturers, modern facilities (including computer labs and the latest software), and extensive networks with technology companies and professional institutions. One of UPJ's unique features is the Living Laboratory supported by Jaya Group, providing students with hands-on learning opportunities from real technology projects. In addition, UPJ also has collaboration programs with industries to ensure students get relevant practical experience.
Students will study various fields, such as programming, computer networking, artificial intelligence (AI), data analysis, information security, and software design. The program is taken in 8 semesters (4 years) with a Bachelor of Informatics (S.Kom.) degree.
